vinyasa flow classes move the body thoughtfully from pose to pose while drawing the attention to the breath, letting breath inform the movement


my flow classes are geared towards folks who might need a little reminder to check in with themselves, ask what they need in that moment: look within, invite curiosity, and try to listen


yin

yin yoga is a passive (yet challenging) practice that targets and opens the connective tissue (fascia) to encourage circulation, flexibility, and mobility, especially in and around the joints


yin yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses, typically held for 3-5 minutes


it’s also a powerful tool that utilizes the natural magic of gravity to process and move stuck emotions =)
